Rental Payments and Miscellaneous Billings

 

In accordance with the lease, charges for rent are due and payable on the first day of the month without notice. You will receive separate invoices for miscellaneous charges such as repair service, overtime air conditioning, etc. Payments should be remitted to BOP Bethesda Metro Center, LLC as follows:
